Use / Instructions

- Gently place the HyperGlo over your head
- Select the preferred mode (auto or manual with setting/intensity) to achieve desired results.
- When the session is complete charge your remote, as needed, or before the battery is less than 20% to avoid interruption of use.

I bought for my girlfriend last Christmas and we have tried several chargers. None work. I have contacted the company several times via email about acquiring a new charger to see if it would remedy the issue. Never received a response. Would appreciate a reply via email to my inquiries.
Update: lumiere skyn replied promptly, but failed to offer any resolution to the charging issues experienced. I have sent four follow up emails with no replies. I only received a follow up email after my negative review, which still stands.
