    Lumiere Skyn, Inc. uses cookies, pixels, server logs, and other similar technology to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base.

We may also obtain personal information about you from third parties or supplement the information we collect from you with additional records received from third parties.  We also collect information about you to enhance our user experience, more relevant content and information we believe may be of interest to you.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Paypal, Venmo, mobile wallet), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”  

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Promotions

We may use information about you to administer promotions that we sponsor, such as sweepstakes or contests, including to communicate with you regarding your participation in the promotion, and to notify you in the event that you win a prize.

Our Services may offer various tools and functionalities.  For example, we may allow you to provide information about your friends through our referral services.  Our referral services may allow you to forward or share certain content with a friend or colleague, such as an email inviting your friend to use our Services.

Social Media Content and Reviews. We may offer forums, blogs, or social media pages, including for you to review your Lumiere Skyn purchases. Any content you provide on these channels will be considered “public” and is not subject to privacy protections.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies to automatically collect information through the Services. Our uses of these Technologies fall into the following general categories:

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

AGE OF CONSENT

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.  You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site to purchase Products. We do not knowingly direct our products to children or collect, use, or disclose information about minor visitors. If you use our Site to make a purchase, you represent that you are at least the age of eighteen (18). If you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please message us at support@lumiereskyn.com, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the minor’s account.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
