Return / Cancellation Policy - HyperGlo

Any returns of the HyperGlo or Supreme Glo Collection requested before the expiration of the 12-month usage period for the money-back guarantee are subject to an 20% restocking fee with potential shipping costs deducted. 

If the customer refuses delivery of the package, Lumiere Skyn, Inc. reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees, as well as an 20% restocking fee from any refund due.

Since the device can no longer be sold as new once our customers have used it, we need to charge a service fee to make the policy is feasible.

The return may only be made by the customer on record verified with proof of purchase. A 25% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price if returned after the 30-day return period.

Any HyperGlo or Supreme Glo Collection must include all original items with accessories, in its original packaging, and cannot be returned separately. The device must also be in good working condition.

Lumiere Skyn HyperGlo comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against device defects. An extended 3-year warranty is available for purchase and must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid. Please be aware that the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any product damage (or missing/lost items) caused by the customer.
