Lumiere Skyn uses different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

• United Parcel Service (UPS)
• United States Postal Service (USPS)

Expedited Shipping

Lumiere Skyn does not do expedited shipping currently.

Shipment processing time

Unless otherwise noted when ordering, Lumiere Skyn, Inc. ships all items within 1-3 business days of receiving an order.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Wrong Or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.  

 

Order Verification

To prevent fraud the mailing address has to match the billing address and we may contact you to verify shipping information.

 

International Shipping 

Lumiere Skyn only ships to US addresses.
